Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

Unauthorized Property Removal.

Can a landlord enter a property, and remove items belonging to the tenants without the tenants approval? Please keep in mind that there was no notification by tenants to landlord that they were moving, nor was there any eviction notification.
