Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Michigan

Ive had State Farm Ins for 12 yrs now. I was in a house fire that was arson set, my blazer blew up in the fire, I had to change my name and move up north to be safe, I put 6 people away for life. I let kalamazoo know I was moving here, For the last three years everything was fine. I recently got devorced and let them know when I went in to pay 6 mos up on ins. Also I had a truck that I sold a few month before and had that stopped at the same time. Well when I paid the 6 mos for my car they put 1/2 of that and put it on a truck I didnrt have anymore. I had a hell of a time with that one. They keep sending bills saying that I still owewd money on my car. They kept sending me proof of ins. on the truck I didnt have. And now their telling me that kalamazoo just found out I was here and now I have to pay the diiferents for the last 3 years. Now explain to me how they can do things right for three years and then getv it all wrong!!!!!!! Somethings wrong here!!!!!! Thyre incompitance has made my life a living hell and I tired of it. Someone please help me I cant take this anymore.

You probably need to either get insurance from a more reputable company or hire an attorney, or both. If they sue you for insurance premiums, you will have to hire a lawyer anyway. Look online under

for a list of good/bad insurance companies. You will need an insurance attorney. This is not a legal ethics case, as your complaint does not involve wrongdoing by a lawyer. Repost it under consumer law.
