Re: Non-construction worker fall on construction site

Whether someone can recover for injuries at a construction site depends on the condition of the site, whether the danger was open and obvious, the extent of the injuries and several other factors. Without additional information it is difficult to determine whether you have a claim. If you would like to discuss this in further detail, please call me at 586-992-9981. Good luck and a speedy recovery.

It depends on what caused your fall. If your fall was caused by something that was not in plain site, for example, due to a lack of lighting, you may be in good shape. Contact me at 248-353-9400 to discuss your facts. Bill Stern
