Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Easement

The court found that an imperfectly

created servitude exists / prescriptive

easement. Since the neighbor used

my land for 15 years on order was

recorded. My question what can be

done if that easement removes my

rights to access my property the way

i have for 26 years? It appears that

the court did not consider what effect

this easement would have on me. It

was viewed only from my neighbors

point of view.
