fraudulent lawsuit

we have neighbors who filed a

lawsuit against us trying to sue us for

a number of issues. We provided to

the judge everything they accused us

of were lies. Can we get our attorney

fees back since they knowingly filed a

fraudulent lawsuit?

It depends on the type of case. You should consult the attorney you hired about having the neighbors ordered to repay the fees you paid.
