quit claim deeds

I quit claim land to person that was under the age of 18, by not reilizing till 4 years later, I put wrong person on quit claim deed what can i do?

If the deed was signed by you and subsequently recorded, it is a valid transfer(ie. that person owns the property) and it is now a matter of public record. If the person is over 18 now, they could sign a deed back to you. If that person is under 18 still, you have major problems as that person cannot convey the property legally.
