Renting our house

We are moving out of state and rather than file bankruptcy on our house we would like to rent it out. With a 1st and 2nd mortgage on the house, can we legally rent it out while still maintaining the mortgages?

while this is probably a technical violation of your mortgage, as long as you are paying, they shouldn't care.
