Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

We are selling our home in Michigan. It is part of a PUD. The contract was signed eight days ago with the only contingencies being 5 days for house inspection and 10 days for attorney review. They are now backing out because they say that legally they have 15 days to review the bylaws of the PUD and they don't like some wording. Is this correct?
