Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Boyfriends Insane Mom, panties

My boyfriends mom is crazy, she told

my mom that

she has my underwear and that if

my mom doesn't

come to get them that she's going to

bring them to

school and give them to me herself.

Can I call the

cops from the school and have her

arrested for

sexual harassment? After all she

can't prove they

are mine.

No.

Even if you could, it would make things worse. Your boyfriend's mom has issues with you for fornicating in her house and she's pretty mad. You can bet he's getting the heat too.

I'd get your mom to do the right thing and keep the furor at a minimum unless you want the whole school to know.

BTW "sexual harassment" is usually restricted to work and school. The term doesn't apply in your situation.
