Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

hello i have a child that is deaf and goes to a deaf school . he is 4years old i have no money for a laywer but this is very important. there is somethings going on at the school that i have noticed with my child at home . he's been acting strang in ways thats not normal . for instants he has been wanting me to kiss him from his head to his toes and in his privet areas also and then tunn to his back for me to kiss from head to toes in cluding his butt area also i really don't know where to turn to to stop this behavior it's just not normal . when he's not at school for a few days or a week this stops but when he returns back to school and comes home he starts trying to do it all over again there are 3 womemen and 1 male the male aide is with him most of the time in school the whole day , i'm very concerned that something is not right but i dont know whom i should contact. my child can sign and has signed to me teacher the male aide and spelled his named out to me thet he has been doing this to him . please i need help so i can stop this from happening to my son and anyone eles son also please i don't know what to to . i don't want the school to know about this yet untill it's investagated, for safety resasons for my son , thank you , god bless,

This is very serious and I would go to your local police immediately. Take him out if the school immediately. Let the police do their job and they will get to the bottom of it. If there is an arrest and conviction of someone, I would be very interested in handling a civil suit against the school.
