Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Drunk relationships
My riend is homosexual and one night while hanging out with a bunch of friends the night got a little crazy. Her and another girl, after both got drunk, started to make out and it led to the other girl giving my friend oral sex in front of an audience of which I was a part of. This girl now threatens to come forward and say that my friend raped her, based on the fact that she was drunk, and munipulated her into performing this sexual act while her thinking ability was impaired. Both girls are under the legal age for drinking. Would this case hold up if taken to court?
