Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Falsely Accused Sexual Harrassment

My husband is a professor of a college. His female coworker filed complaint of sexual harrassment. He went through the college procedure. The accuser could not have any reliable witness although she had few friends who tried to help her. On the other hand, he had many witness that testified he was not. However, the accuser got angry and threats the college for law suit. Now, the college is thinking to eliminate my husband. How can I help him? We have married for 22 years, and I know he will not do such thing.
