Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My brother passed 4 years ago. He had no Will. An administrator was appointed. I am an heir as he was never married. I have never heard from the administrator as to the settlement.I live in Michigan, my brother lived in Washington state. What should I do?
