Changing a will

I just read the will my husband and i made six years ago and we don't agree with it.. Can we change it??

Yes, generally speaking wills are flexible, changeable legal planning documents. I assume you each have a separate will. If so, either or both of you can change your will as you see fit. If you have a joint will you may have a different challenge. In any event, it is probably best that you go back to the attorney that helped you initially. If you no longer have that relationship or did not use an attorney in the past I recommend you obtain the advice of competent counsel to help make sure things are done right.
