Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I am an only child and have two daughters that are the only grandchildren of my deaceased father whom passed away in october 2005 and were only left and havent received very few little items and my father always told us things we would receive when he died but my stepmother and stepbrother received everything and my fathers will had been changed just 3 months before his death on my birthday and within a week my stepmother had cleaned out 3 huge polebarns and all of my fathers belongings from his house and I am sure my father was being treated for alzhimers and a bad heart a yr before his death

If your father was not mentally competent at the time the will was changed, it is invalid. You must file a case in Probate court to contest the will or if your step mother has started a case, you must object to the will being probated.
