Conservatorship

I am my brother's conservator. He is in Michigan. My mother and brother are buying a house in Florida. I am in Florida to sign the papers for him. Is it legal? The title company says no

The title company is probably correct.The conservor case was done in Michigan.The title company might want you to get a specific document to act in florida or they may require more.If you need help call me at my office so I can get all the details and help you resolve the situation.
