Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I am the executor of my mothers last will and testament dated January 2009. The estate to be divided between myself two brothers and six grandchildren. My mother passed away in 2009 but I did nothing with the will in terms of filing it in probate court. I would now like to sell the real estate and divide up the assets as outlined in her will. What what I have to do in order to accomplish this?
