Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Fathers Estate

Hello, My 73 yr father has alzheimers and lives in Michigan. It seems a 48 yr female has been named solely in his will. I am in the process of seeking guardianship. How can I break this will? He has a rather large estate and despite his wealth he is living in squalor and animal feces. What type of attorney should I retain? Can I break his will?I am heartbroken in Ohio.

I have dealt with similar situations. I can help. The will may be set aside if your father was legally incompetent at the time. I have several out of state clients in probate cases in Michigan. Please contact me at johntatone.com or 888-988-LAWS (5297)

Re: Fathers Estate

You should have an attorney experienced in probate matters. You will need an attorney who can seek a guardian and contest the will. If you would like my assistance in the matter, please contact me via my website at www.lawrefs.com or directly via email.
