Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Locks Changed

My mother has recently passed leaving my sibling and myself as joint ownership with rights to survival. My sibling has changed the locks in the home and will not provide me with one. I have paid house taxes and currently hold and pay for the house insurance policy. Legally, what can I do?
