Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Will

I'm in Michigan. My father passed away 5 years ago and my mother is still living age 87. My youngest brother is executor of the will, he won't let any of us see it or my mother. He didn't file it in the court house. I have been told for years by both parents that there house was left to me in the Will. Now, I was told that brother had mother sign a quit claim deed signing house over to brother's children. What can I do?

Re: Will

You can file for a conservatorship over mom, and have the deed declared invalid by the judge. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to get started. Tim Klisz
