Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I am in the early stages of a divorce. My spouse has made plans to move out several times now and at the last minute, changed her mind. In preparing for her move, I have switched all utilities, the lease, and everything in our townhouse into my name. This is with her consent and by her request. Am I obligated to provide lodging for her? Several mutual friends have offered her free lodging until she is able to move into her own place permantently.

There is no obligation; however, you cannot force her to leave without a court order.
