How long is this agreement good for?

This document outlines terms and conditions governing all purchase orders, in addition to those terms and conditions on

This agreement is effective for all 2007 orders starting 1/1/07 and will remain in place for all

2007 purchases and until such time as a new signed agreement is entered into.

It is the vendors responsibility to check on a monthly basis to review any changes/updates

to the routing procedures. The ''What's New'' tab is updated on the 15th of every month, please review it on the 16th.

I think I'd have to see the document and all the terms in it. There is some special caselaw regarding different documents. For example, personal guarantees have their own special rules that do not apply to typical supply contracts. No matter what type of document you're talking about, though, the specific language in the document, even in seemingly irrelevant clauses, can completely change everything about it.
