Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota

after an alleged incident I was being taken into custody a police officer approached me and asked what I took out of my car to keep it from starting I said these fuses and she took them from me immediately after that my ex girlfriend came out and said where are the keys to my car I told the police officer I do not want her to have them it is my car and only my car after being taking in the police officer went to a local car dealership and had a key made for my car and gave it to my ex girlfriendshe had the car for 2 weeks and when I recovered the car it was out of oil in the motor was knocking few days later the motor blew is what the officer did not a crime and violating my rights and what can be done about it
