Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota

Hello

A person has broadcast one of my pictures with a frame of an institution of Arab origin on facebook and it happens to present that person as a terrorist (something which is not true). I report published in facebook which did not withdraw. could I complain against facebook?
