wrongful raid

ok my home was wrongful raid and i have the search warrant that has the address of 1524 upton ave north and i live at 1524 morgan ave north and they say it was the correct address but not only did the come into my home they had arrest my husband and handcuff my 14 yr son and made my 10 yr son sit and watch could you please call me with some advise or i just would like to know would i have a case agasint the mpls police and the street gang task force to. all 4 of my children are seeking counciling now because what happen

Absolutely challenge the warrant. Since they got a warrant, they had a responsibility to get it right. You will need legal counsel, someone who understands how to work a civil rights case in this area.
