Legal Question in Technology Law in Minnesota

can I get my computer replaced if the company keeps breaking it?

my computer was taken to a Apple

store for an application fix. they broke

my case, while fixing the case they

broke my hard drive, while fixing that

they broke case again and possibly my

optical reader, they had me bring it to a

different store to fix those . The case is

again defective where the latch is, and it

seems the hard drive is rattling again. I

have had it in 5-6 timesthe past 2

months, contacted the regional mngr

for my area, and the computer is worse

than when I began. Is there anything I

can do besides have them keep ''fixing''

it?

Did you get an estimate from the new store of cost of repair? I would need to see the service contract, but normally damage caused by negligence would be covered by the repair shop. They have insurance for loss or damage.
