I came on student visa 7 years ago and went back to my home country as could not finish my degree due to hardship.Left with some outstanding bills. I am coming back on visitor visa? will that be concern at port of entry

If the college has not made any criminal report of cheating or any other criminal case then no problem.

but verify it from the concern country. plz specify both the countries.

I have consulted with Vincent Martin, our full-time immigration attorney, and he tells me that any outstanding civil judgments should not be a problem at the port of entry. Only criminal matters are of concern. See cundyandmartin.com
