Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

For a civil suit involving debt collection, does the court require a mandatory settlement conference as some states do? (There is a court date set for a motion for summary judgment from plaintiff on the same day as I have a motion to compel arbitration. I'm not feeling good about it and just want it done and am wondering if it's too late for a settlement.)
