Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

My spouse and I have unsecured debt in our own names only, that we can not afford to pay. My spouse has an old boat, 4 wheeler, and pickup that are titled in his name only. They were purchased during the marriage. If I am sued, would I have to list these as assets? The truck is our main vehicle so even though it is not in my name if he were sued would we both be able to claim the exemptions for it?

You need to list all of your assets in a bankruptcy (if that is what you are asking about), but most people can protect everything they own.
