It's not possible to answer your question. Police phone call with whom? What was said? Pictures of what? What are your bother's conditions of probation?

There has to be more relevant facts than that, some context. At a eveidentiary hearing on an allegation of a probation violation, the issue is whether the probationer substantially violated a specific condition of probation state stated by the judge at sentencing. When it comes to proof of facts questions, they are numerous and depend upon specifics - not supplied in the question. Bottom line: his lawyer will know what to do.

What is he on probation for and what is the alleged violation. These are basic things that need to be known before assessing the situation, along with a number of other things. Feel free to call and discuss the situation.

Very odd post - does not make sense. One would expect that the situation involves facts of which you may not be privy.

Also will note to you that attorneys are NOT to solicit clients but for abiding by the keenly strict & markedly clear & unambiguous rules of professional conduct. You have probably heard about 'sleazy ambulance chasers', sleazy predatory practices. The licensing board has a complaint process in place.

Best to you & your bro' !!
