Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

I have a felony record from the early 80's. I have no criminal history before that or after that. I would like to have my record cleared. What do I need to do?

File a petition for expungement. Have an attorney do it for you. Feel free to give me a call for a free initial consultation.

I agree with the previous attorney. Nothing is guaranteed, but having an attorney will greatly increase your chances of success.

Attorneys are not to solicit clients apart from abiding by strict rules of conduct. I do urge you to confer privately with an experienced attorney at this time so she may assist you with your needs. Criminal expungement law was overhauled in MN as of 1-1-15; the law is sometimes referred to as The Second Chance Law.
