Attorneys are not to solicit clients except in abidance with strict clear, detailed rules of professional conduct. I suggest that since it appears you want to be of help you hire an attorney who conforms her conduct to law & rules, & the aspirations of the professional: Facilitate the arrangements for her to meet privately with your pal & with no delay whatsoever. It is clear that this matter is emergency nature. I urge you to talk about the weather & such and you & your pal ought 'not say boo' about the legal problems before him. You seem to be a terrific friend !! Best to both of you - I'll be praying for your friend. Many people in jails & prisons are very much 'all alone' with their problems - wonderful that you love your friend & maintain steadfast regular contact with him !!
