Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

Some Items were seized some property of mine that have the Internet and received a letter of seizure cafra form listing the items and includes options I can take, and I don't know what one to take. My options are: 1. Petition. 2. Offer of Compromise. 3 Abandon 4. Court Action. What is the best way to go?
