Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

Okay Another question that i can not seem to find a answer for exactly as I need it answered...Again I am in Minnesota ...oh thank you to the lawyers who were so great to answer my last question.....

If a inmate wanted a transcript of the Grand Jury for a judicial reason...can they request a copy ? What special circumstances can it be requested and how can it be requested ? What are the Rules basically.....

According to what I have found it it could be all wrong, you can request a copy, but it says something about a Court Order for it and that it has to be for a court /judicial reason...if so could you be more specific to what is being said....Thank you ahead of time for the answers.....

As to federal court, I suggest you review the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure as a starting point, and then view the attendant case law. I suggest the inmate contact his/her prior attorney to see what records the attorney holds. Tricia Dwyer Esq ph 612-296-9666 Tricia Dwyer Esq & Assoc PLLC Minnesota Criminal Defense Attorneys
