Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

Can I be sentenced twice? I was sentenced to 180 with 150 stayed served 30 in June 2015. Nine months of probation later I requested to execute my remaining sentence inMarch 2016. Now the state is saying that executing my sentence is a new sentence that runs concurrent and that I lose the "good conduct" time from 2015. I only committed 1 crime. Drove drunk in 2014, plead guilty and served the first thirty days in 2015, now they are saying that executing my stayed sentence is a new sentence.

You should have 150 days left. Are they telling you something different? Are they trying to give you 365 now? Feel free to give me a call to discuss.
