Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

Can you get a DUI riding a bycyle in MN? They say my questions is too short. What else can I ask about it. This would be a non motorized pedal powered motorbike.

No but you may face other charges, including public intoxication. �Motor vehicle� means every vehicle that is self-propelled and every vehicle that is propelled by electric power obtained from overhead trolley wires. The term includes motorboats in operation and off-road recreational vehicles, but does not include a vehicle moved solely by human power. It may, however, an OUI in other states.
