Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I have a court order that my ex wife is supposed to sign over the title to the car she is driving and I am to put it up for sale. She has ignored my requests to do the signing. What are my options now? Can I take possession of the vehicle? How would I sell it without her signing the title as we are joint on it?

If you do not have the title, she is considered the presumptive legal owner. You cannot legally remove the vehicle and you cannot sell it without the title. You may wish to retain counsel to send a letter outlining the contempt of the courts order and seeking the vehicle and title. If that fils, you may have to file a Motion.
