What does the court do to the person who has filed a bogus contempt of court charge?

They would hear the motion and, if it is unwarranted, deny the motion and, on some cases, award attorney's fees and costs. Contempt can be a serious matter, however, and often is a matter of credibility in court. You would be wise to have counsel.
