Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
i have a divorce settlement of $97000 owed to me by my ex spouse. the amt was due on or before 12/1/10 which gave him 6 years to come up with the money. I have spoken to attorneys and they all want at least $3000 up front to take my case which they say i would definitely win. The problem is that I dont have the $ to front. I would be more than willing to Pay the fee either with my settlement or when my domestic partner goes back to work in the spring. I live in pennsylvania and the case was in minnisota. What can I do
