Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

A father has taken his son into 2 doctors to diagnose turrets in his son. A specialist diagnosed it and the doc prescribed meds to help, and it did! The father informed the mother (these two are divorced and have 50/50 custody of the children) and when they exchanged the children at the end of the summer she refused to give the child the pills and continues to deny the meds and also says it's a food allergy but the doctors she takes him to can't find anything. Is this mother neglecting her son after a professional doctor diagnosed this child?mind you 2 doctors diagnosed him, one was a foamy doctor one a neurologist.

You apparently misspelled some words. The issue that you described is not at all uncommon. I suggest the parent with the issue simply confer with a well experienced attorney so she can provide legal advice & guidance. In my many years of professional work, the general problem to which you alludes presents with regularity. it is definitely good that for such a serious issue in a child a specialist (even subspecialist) is involved. Not knowing the full details, 'the cure' to this problem between parents may vary depending upon what the core issues are. I suspect strong fear is involved. Best to all.
