Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

my grandson's grandpa has some visitiation set up until the next court date in April. In prior visitations the grandpa has been telling this child how he hates the child's grandma and great-grandma. In the last visit he is telling the child that he is going to come and live with him. When my grandson returned to my parents as this is where he lives, he started crying and when asked hwat was wrong he said grandpa said I had to come live with him. Can the grandparents rights be terminated due to the fact of him telling his grandson those things? Please help I don't want to lose my grandson.
