Ex husband living with girlfriend and her husband
My ex husband lives in North Dakota with his girlfriend and HER husband. Is there a law against this? We have 3 children together, I have full physical custody and we share legal. My kids are confused. The girlfriend has used munipulation on my children to try and get them to say I'm abusive ect ect... What can I do?

There might be a criminal law against this sort of 'cohabitation". You'd have to consult with a lawyer from North Dakota. (I always thought North Dakota people were strange. ,,just kidding.)
You could consider making a motion in the county in which you obtained your divorce to make a condition of visitation that the girlfriend and/or her husband NOT be present when the kids are with him. I think the judge would grant it.
