Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My husband of 14 years, owned our Minnesota home prior to the marriage. We have since refinanced twice. Both of our names are on the new mortgage. If divorced what are my legal rights to the property?

I am afraid that is not a simple question and would require a review of the transactional history with regard to the home and the mortgage. After 14 years and 2 refinances, it is quite possible, even likely, that most of the equity is marital in nature and divisible in a divorce.
