Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I live in Minnesota. I inherited a cabin from my father when he died. He put it iin both my husbands and my names. If I get a divorce , can my husband have rights to it.? Or does it go to me .like most inheritances?

There would certainly be an argument that the asset was co-mingled as a marital asset and, thus making it divisible in a divorce. Whether the court would adopt that view may depend on how well the arguments are presented.
