moving with my children from mn to wi--not married

I moved to mn 3 yrs.ago with our son from wi-my then boyfriend agreed to make things work but stayed with new girlfriend-i need to go back home by family(big finance trbl-rent,etc. i work q weekens 12-13 hr shifts-he does not pay support as he keeps them on weekends-through a mediator we have a court date the 21st of july-i have to go home-is this possible to leave?

You may not relocate out of the state without an agreement of the parties or an order of the court. If you do, there is a significant liklihood that the father would seek an ex parte order requiring the return of the child to the state and his custody.

You would be well advised to retain counsel on this matter.
