Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Partenity

My husband's ex-wife was pregnant with another man's baby when she filed for divorce but did not put that in the divorce papers. In Minnesota, where she had the baby if the child is born within so many days from the divorce filing the ex-husband still has to pay child support. We cannot find a form that they say they need even though they know by his ex-wife it is not his baby but she is on medicad so they are still going after him knowing it's not his. What form do we need? Thank you.

I do not know of any form that will do what you need. As it is a matter of Minnesota law I suggest you find yourself a good Minnesota lawyer in the field It will be money well spent.
