Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

If I am a single man that thinks that he had a baby with a married woman ( husband is named father on birth certificate) and I served her for a paternity test that came back as not my daughter. Is there anything else I can do legally?

Yes. I urge you to pay a well experienced attorney at this time to review the situation and to provide you with detailed legal advice in light of the full facts: She will want to review the existing legal and related docs'. Best to you, and congratulations, too, if you are a 'new dad'.
