Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

my son needs help from a lawyer to answer questions he has about getting help with a divorce. he is on disability and public assistance. his main concern is his three children, now in his custody.

Be aware, however, that a lawyer cannot give comprehensive advice without having more information than can usually be provided through this or other legal sites. If he does not have the resources to hire an attorney, he can apply for legal aid, depending on where he lives, and what the issues in his case will involve. Legal aid services are not available everywhere, and even when they are available, might be limited to cases in which custody will not be contested, for example.
