unmarried couple on lease
My boyfriend has been cheating on me. We both signed lease, though I am paying the rent. I want him to leave, he does not want to. How can I force him out?

You cannot force him out if he signed the lease as well. He has an equal right to reside in that apartment and would remain equally liable on the rent payments.
You would be wise to seek to negotiate a resolution.
