Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Visitation

My 7 yo has a metabolic disorder that's life threatening & requires monitoring at all times. I pulled visitation when exboyfriend was letting people watch her & not telling them about her disorders & wouldn't carry her protocol letter (admitted in court). Judge ordered unsupervised visits & only 3 sitters he could use. Ex is allowing her to play at an 8 yo house without any adults to monitor & noone is trained AGAIN. Does this fall under the sitter restriction? He claims it isn't a sitter but the reason for the restriction was because he wasn't informing them. What can I do to protect my child? I have talked to him MANY times about the importance of her being monitored, I give him dr notes & invite him to all dr appt but he refuses to go. 2 doctors have sent letters requesting he come up but he refused. (He admited this in court). Since the order from the courts he has allowed someone to watch her that wasn't on the list, many times she goes unmonitored, meds were given wrong then he tried to cover up & blame it on me, & now this. She got stung by a bee & he couldn't tell me WHERE. He changed location of the sting 3 times! He left her in the van while he ran in to pay for gas (again left unmonitored). Please help!

Re: Visitation

Unfortunately, you will need to bring these matters to the attention of the Court once again. It appears to me that your facts do establish a basis to allege endangerment, but without reviewing the court file, I cannot determine whether or to what extent the Court is likely to intervene. You will need to document his failure to properly care for your daughter. I recommend writing an email or a letter each time he permits your daughter to be unsupervised or inappropriately supervised.
